Welcome to the Customer Success team – deeply focused on building great relationships with customers and helping them derive as much value as possible from our technology.
The team is deeply multi-disciplinary, spanning biotech and application knowledge, commercial acumen and technical knowledge around project management and implementations. From guiding customers to understand how we might help them resolve their problems all the way to helping them implement, we’ve got it covered.
Our goal is simple: to maximise the value we create for customers, building trust and collaborating closely with the sales team to expand with existing customers and new logos.
The purpose of the role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Consultant, someone deeply engaged in steering and documenting value for our esteemed biotech customers. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin ensuring the success of our implementations, guaranteeing an unparalleled experience as a Reshape customer. Your primary focus will be nurturing and fortifying customer relationships, ensuring they extract maximum value from our cutting-edge technology and platform—from the initial implementation stages to renewal, expansion and beyond. Additionally, this role will position you at the heart of Reshape, offering the opportunity to collaborate with the brightest minds across product and tech, sales, and operations.
These will be your main responsibilities:
- Expert Commercial Partner: Work in very close collaboration with account executives to build deep trust during customer engagements
- Strategic Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers implement the solutions quickly and efficiently and understanding their needs and pains
- Collaboration for Continuous Improvement: Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and product teams, conveying customer feedback and contributing to overarching product and process enhancements.
- Value Documentation: Promote and meticulously document the value derived from our implementations, identifying and positioning opportunities for delivering additional value to customers.
- Regular Engagement: Establish and maintain a regular meeting cadence with customers to ensure good expectation setting, resolve any concerns promptly and discuss and administer renewals
- Project Management Excellence: Support implementations by upholding sound project management practices, ensuring timely deliverables for all stakeholders involved.
Job requirements
What we value:
- A PhD or Masters in biology, bioengineering or similar with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, ideally in an R&D environment
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to demonstrate the value of our technology and platform and resolve concerns
- Have experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels managing projects or ongoing customer engagements. Ideally you have worked with implementations and/or customer success or as a management consultant.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Have great judgement and thrive when working in a trust-based environment.
- Ability to travel for customer on-sites as required (~monthly)
